Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules and expectations for using the Sports Tracker platform (“the Service”).
It applies to all users, including school staff, administrators, and students.

It is not a general-purpose communication, social networking, or content-sharing platform.
2. General Responsibilities
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with your school’s policies.
Keep your login credentials private — do not share your account with anyone else.
Only enter accurate, relevant information required for event participation and administration.
Report any security issues, suspected misuse, or breaches of this policy to your school administrator or Sports Tracker support.
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Service to:
Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against any individual or group.
Upload, share, or store offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
Circumvent security measures or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

When students are given access to Sports Tracker (e.g., to select sports preferences or view results):
Access must be under the direction of the school and in accordance with school rules.
Students must use respectful language and behaviour at all times.
No personal contact information beyond what is required for participation should be shared.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
